Spring time is here and it’s time to get your property looking beautiful for summer entertaining.
After many months of winter rain and damp there is a good chance your patios, pathways, walls and pool surrounds are looking a bit mouldy and lacklustre.
Restore your outdoor stone, concrete and masonry surfaces back to new with a deep clean and then seal to keep them looking good for longer.

Chemforce™ outdoor surface cleaning tips:
Cleaning is best done in the morning when your surfaces and the ambient temperature is lower – so your cleaner has a longer dwell time and doesn’t evaporate immediately.
If you have a high level of mould and dirt, pressure wash first to remove the bulk. Then apply the cleaning product and allow to dwell for 2 to 5 minutes (don’t let it dry on the surface).
Scrub with a suitable, rough scrubbing pad and then thoroughly rinse the surface with a hose or pressure washer.
With softer stones and concrete pavers be careful to avoid pitting the surface with your pressure washer – use less pressure or don’t hold the nozzle too close to the surface.
Sealing your clean outdoor surface:
Ensure your surfaces are completely dry inside and out before sealing.

For entertaining areas where you might have spills of fats, oils, bbq and other fatty foods etc Stain Protector™ is recommended. Stain Protector™ provides premium oil and water repellence.
Always clean up spills as soon as possible to limit the possibility of staining.
